That's what my son Jesse told me about this really easy recipe for the grill!
Here's all you do: grab a head of cauliflower, and carefully slice it into several steak-thickness slices. Annoint it with olive oil and herbs of your choosing, and throw it on the grill (alongside the salmon, like us, or whatever you want) and let to go about ten minutes a side. You want it somewhat browned, even scorched a little bit. It melts in your mouth!
