The Young Artist Awards
Sponsored by Rose City Music Festival and the Snowman Foundation


A $1,000 Scholarship will be awarded! Vote for a young musician’s performance in the Young Artist's Award Competition sponsored by Michael Allen Harrison's Snowman Foundation and the Rose City Music Festival
 
UP TO 20 of the finalists will perform with Michael Allen Harrison at the Rose City Music Festival on October 2nd.  That day we will announce the ten who  will go on to perform with him at the Ten Grands concert in April. We will also announce the winner of the $1000 scholarship on Oct. 2nd.
