:: CLAIMING A PRIZE YOU WON ON K103

:: Prize Redemption Procedure:
If you are a prize winner:

1. Winners who have won prizes ON-AIR by calling the studio hotlines will be advised by the K103 studio to contact the K103 Promotions Department the following day to receive explicit instructions of our prize redemption procedures.

The number to call is 503-323-6400.

Online Contest prize winners will be notified by phone by the K103 Promotions Dept. and be given similar instructions on how to claim your prize. ALL Prizes are picked up at our studios - NO EXCEPTIONS.

2. You will have to come to the K103 offices during normal business hours (M - F from 8:30am - 5pm) to pick-up your prize. *The K103 business-promotions office is not open on weekends and holidays.

3. The receptionist will greet you and have you fill out and sign a standard release form.

4. Once you have completed filling out your paperwork, please notify the receptionist and a member of the K103 Promotions Department will come out to assist you.

5. Please bring one form of picture identification (required).
**If you are under the age of 18, you must have a parent or legal guardian accompany you to pick up your prize**

6. The K103 Promotions Department will verify that you are the winner and you will receive your prize.

7. Along with your prize, you will receive a document informing you when you are eligible to win again from K103. If you do not receive this document please ask the representative from the promotions department to give you a copy of it.

8. Please note: We are required by the Internal Revenue Service to collect social security numbers from EVERY prize winner regardless of value. This is strictly used by the IRS for tax purposes. K103 CAN NOT release a prize to a winner without having the winner's social security number on file.

:: From I-5 North (Coming from Salem):

Take Corbett Avenue Exit

Turn right at stop sign to get onto Corbett Avenue

Turn left at Boundary Street (flashing red light)

Turn left at traffic signal (Macadam Ave)

Station is one and a half blocks down on left-hand side

:: From I-5 South (Coming From Vancouver-Seattle)

Cross bridge (Marquam Bridge) over the Willamette River
Take the exit towards Lake Oswego-Hwy43-John's Landing
Merge two lanes over to the right on Hood Avenue
Go Under the overpass staying to the right, which will put you on Macadam Avenue
Go a few blocks and the staton will be on your right-hand side

:: From Highway 26 (Coming from the Oregon Coast):

Take the I-405 South-US-26 East-Market Street exit towards The Dalles-Salem-City Center
Keep right at the fork in the ramp
Merge on to I-405 (Stadium Freeway)
Take the US-26 East-6th Ave. exit #1C towards the Ross Island Bridge
Stay straight to go on to SW Broadway St.
Turn right on 5th Ave. staying in the far right lane
Turn left on to SW Sheridan St.
Turn right on to Barbur Blvd.
Turn left at the first light on to Hamilton (Swan Mart store on corner)
Go one block to the four-way stop and turn right on to Corbett Ave.
Turn left at the flashing red light (Boundary Street)
Turn left at traffic signal (Macadam Avenue)
Station will be a couple block down on your left

:: From I-84 (Coming from Gresham-The Dalles-Washington DC):

Be in the far left lane to take I-5 south towards Salem
Stay in the left lane and follow signs to I-5 south towards Beaverton-Salem
Merge on to the East Bank Freeway, which becomes the Marquam Bridge
Take the exit towards Lake Oswego-John's Landing
Merge two lanes over to the right on Hood Avenue
Go under the overpass and stay to the right which will put you on Macadam Avenue
The station will be approximately 2 blocks on the right-hand side

:: From The Ross Island Bridge (Coming from SE Portland):

Stay to the right and follow the signs to I-5 and Hwy 43 (lane loops around)
Merge one lane to the left to avoid the right turn only lane
Stay to the right on Hood Avenue
Go under the overpass and stay to the right
The station will be approximately 2 blocks on the right-hand side

:: From Downtown:

Travel south on Front Avenue (Naito Parkway)
Front Avenue becomes Barbur Blvd.
Turn left off of Barbur at Hamilton Street (Swan Mart on the corner)
Go one block to the four-way stop and turn right on to Corbett Avenue
Turn left off of Corbett on to Boundary Street at the flashing red light
Go one block to the light and turn left (Macadam Avenue)
The station will be approximately 2 blocks on the left-hand side

:: From The Portland International Airport-I-205:

Take I-205 south
Exit at I-84 west towards city center
Stay in the left lane
Take I-5 South exit on left towards Salem
Take the I-5 South exit on left again towards Beaverton-Salem
Merge on to the East Bank Freeway
East Bank Freeway becomes the Marquam Bridge
Stay in the far right lane on the Marquam Bridge
Take the exit towards Lake Oswego-John's Landing
Merge two lanes over to the right on Hood Ave.
Go under the overpass and stay to the right, which will put you on Macadam Ave.
The station will be approximately 2 blocks down on the right-hand side

:: K103 GENERAL CONTEST RULES

K103 thanks you for participating in all of our contests and would like to remind you of our contest rules:

Only one winner per household every thirty (30) days
All prizes not picked up within thirty (30) days of the date won will be forefeited unless winners are otherwise notified
If prize is not piced up within thirty (30) days of the date won, you are still considered a contest winner and must adhere to the rules of eligibility
Once a prize is won on the air, and all the winner's information is taken, you are an official winner of K103 and must abide by all of the official contest rules
Anyone who wins one thousand ($1,000) dollars or more in cash, prizes, or a combination of both, is not eligible to win again for a period of one (1) year
All calls on the contest line can be recorded for playback and K103 assumes no responsibility for listeners' inability to get through on the contest lines for any reason
All prizes must be picked up at the K103 business office during normal business hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday except holidays (please call ahead for holiday hours and summer hours)
Proper ID must be presented when picking up a prize and a standard release form must be signed
All prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash
Prizes cannot be substituted for any reason
All checks will be available for pick up within sixty (60) business days
K103 assumes no responsibility for events cancelled and/or rescheduled and is not responsible for replacing tickets/prizes already won to the events cancelled
Winners must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to win
Employees of KKCW-FM, K103, Clear Channel Communications, INC., participating sponsors, their families, and employees of any radio station in the Portland-Metro total survey area, as designated by Arbitron, are not eligible to win
KKCW-FM, K103 assumes the right to change these and any contest rules at any time
