Barn in Hockinson destroyed.

A barn in Hockinson, Wash., just northwest of Vancouver in Clark County was destroyed by a small twister Thursday afternoon. The National Weather Service has confirmed an F0 tornado (very small) touched down.

Don Gitner told KATU News his wife watched it happen and it happened fast.

"Just a little after four o' clock this afternoon, my wife came to the kitchen, looked out the back window and it hit the barn, tore off half the barn and then the other half of the roof on the east side, blew it all over the place."

No injuries have been reported.  Clark County Fire District 3 responded to assist with salvage, capturing photos of the damage.
