Marlin Pohlman is accused of sexually assaulting four women and police fear there might be more.

Just after Midnight Wednesday, detectives assigned to the Portland Police Bureau's Sex Crimes Unit arrested 43-year-old Marlin Brandt Pohlman for multiple sex crimes. Pohlman was arrested at the Portland International Airport after returning from Thailand.

Detectives believe that Pohlman was drugging women he knew and sexually assaulting them. Detectives have identified and interviewed four women victimized by Pohlman.

Wednesday morning, detectives served a search warrant at Pohlman's home, located in the 7100 block of North Chase Avenue. During the search, detectives located a possible drug lab in the home. Investigators from the Drugs and Vice Division have responded to process the possible drug lab and seize evidence.

Pohlman was booked into the Multnomah County Jail on charges of Kidnap in the First Degree, Rape in the First Degree, Sex Abuse in the First Degree, Causing Someone to Ingest a Controlled Substance, Assaut in the Third Degree, Attempted Rape in the First Degree, Sodomy in the Third Degree, Reckless Endangerment, and Harrassment.

Bail is set at more than $2,000,000. Pohlman will be arraigned on Thursday March 14, 2013 and additional charges are possible.

Detectives are concerned that there may be additional victims and would like to hear from anyone with information about Pohlman.
