After a car crashed into a tree in eastern Clark County the driver was found walking from the scene.
Around 6 a.m. Tuesday, a person living near 26400 NW Rawson Rd. called 911 on a report of a car crashing into a tree.
A passenger in the car was killed in the crash.
Around 7:30 a.m., deputies found an injured man walking near Larch Mountain. They determined he was the driver and he was taken to Southwest Peace Health Hospital. After being released from the hospital the man will be charged with Felony Hit and Run. Other charges may be added as the investigation continues.
