There will be a full closure of the Sunset Highway Tuesday and Wednesday nights.
Drivers using the The Sunset Highway U.S. 26 will find a full closure Tuesday night and Wednesday night between I-405 and the Zoo Exit.
single lane closures begin around 8 p.m., and then two lanes will be closed around 10 p.m. and at 11:30 p.m. there will be a full closure of the freeway.
Alternate routes include the Barnes-Burnside connection, the Beaverton-Hillsdale Highway and Highway 217.
The Sunset Highway will reopen by 4:30 a.m. the next morning.
Construction crews will be working on a sign bridge, drainage work and a previous paving project.
