Portland Police are hoping you can help them identify the man pictured here. The image was taken from surveillance video recorded at Ross Dress for Less at a Gateway District shopping center off N.E. 102nd and Halsey.

A 34-year-old woman told police she believes he was attempting to take an "up-skirt" photo of her with his mobile phone. She noticed him crouching down near her while she was in the children's section of the store and later got in line behind her at the checkout. He was then asked to leave the store by an employee.

The suspect is described as Hispanic, 5'9, about 160 pounds, dark hair and eyes. He was wearing dress pants, dress shoes and a rain check - all black in color.
