Portland Police arrested 28-year-old Kyle Culley after he allegedly attempted to sell guns through a popular social media website. Using the internet to sell guns isn't necessarily illegal, unless you're a convicted felon. And Kyle Culley is.

Sgt. Pete Simpson would not reveal which website Culley is accused of using to sell three rifles and one handgun but police acquired a search warrant after seeing photos of the guns posted online. They arrested Culley and he is now facing multiple charges and being held in Multnomah County Jail.

Simpson said the case would also be forwarded to the U.S. Attorney's Office for consideration of federal prosecution.
