Here's new video of the Oregon Zoo's six-week-old African Lion cubs venturing outside. I can't get over it! It's just as cute at the baby panda vet check-up I posted last week.
Online voters chose the cubs' names from suggestions provided by zoo staff.
The smalled cub will be called Kamali. The zoo says the name represents a spirit that protects babies from death. The littlest cub had some trouble after birth and required hospitalization. She's better now, but keepers are still being extra-cautious.
The mid-sized cub will be called Zalika, Swahili for "well-born."
The largest cub will be called Angalia, Swahili for "look out" or "be careful." No surprise her nickname is "Fiesty."
Here's a photo of Angalia channelling Katy Perry:
